PA/Rudy Brittany Adult Male in Erie, Pennsylvania

My story
Here’s Rudy a sweet boy looking for his forever home. Rudy is a 7 year old Orange & White Neutered male, who like many rescue dogs has had a tough life. Rudy has spent most of his life living in a cage inside a barn with little human socialization, and used for breeding, that was until he started his next chapter in a great foster here at NBRAN.

Rudy is currently being fostered in Southeast PA and has made great progress. He is now completely housebroken, as well as crate trained, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and microchipped.

Rudy is still a very shy boy who takes time to warm up to people and new situation. His foster has been providing him lots of new experiences since he came to NBRAN, while he still gets anxious and nervous at times, he is making slow and steady progress. Rudy will need an adoptive family who will understand his needs and that he are willing to continue to be patient and work with him on building his confidence and social skills.

Rudy is great with other dogs and other farm animals such as chickens. Cats are unknown as he has not been “cat scanned.” Rudy loves to run in the yard chasing bugs and rabbits, so his new home will need a physically fenced yard. Rudy walks well on leash and does better when he has another dog walking with him, so Rudy’s new home must have another doggy playmate as well.

Rudy has also started to play with toys and loves to chew on bones, as well as having a nice comfortable place to watch all the action him would be great. So, do you think Rudy could be the Brit for you and your home?
